Hey; I was thinking of posting this in the appearance and cosmetics but it's got some tech behind it and I thought I would get more hits in here since it's Civic related.
But if you have to move it, go ahead mods.

Anyone have pics of what it looks like to once have OEM foglamps and then taken off? Or anyone ever cut out the foglamp part?

I have a 99 with OEM fogs but it looks like I'm going to have to let the fogs go cause I'll need the room for IC pipes.

I don't want to hack up the bumper, but I guess there has to be someone out there that reworked/cut the foglight bezels to look tasteful.

People say just turn your intercooler upside down so the piping doesn't go in the area where the fogs are.

Hmm yes I have thought about turning it upside down. But I already will ahve piping for it, and I need the brackets to face the right direction cause I don't have a bumper support.

For the driver's side I'll be giong backdoor style, so that's ok on that side.

I don't mind losing my fogs... I don't even like em that much.
Just lookin for different custom/cut set ups I suppose

I've seen just the fog lights (no bezels) mounted in the middle bumper grille like the 96-98 fogs on someone's car that had a front mount ic. It looked alright.

It was done here by cutting the bracket...


The bracker interfering w/ the piping circled in red...
cut it right below the bolt..

Yes, one of my best friends has. It doesn't look too bad, but I'm not sure when I can get you pictures.

there are people on this board that have run foglights and ic piping without taking the foglights off.
