Pic of new Exhaust
i just got this exhaust put on my car right after my swap it is a magnaflow oval muffler with a 14" body and 2.50 piping when i went to pic up the car the guy told me that the muffler was almost to big so if anyone is looking into getting the magnaflow oval muffler just make sure the body isn't longer than 14" and i have 2 magnaflow resonators with no cat and it has a very quiet sound but when you are at WOT it is a nice deep sound it doesn't sound like rice or rocks in a coffee can i will try to get a video of it sat.

Re: Pic of new Exhaust (GSR)
yes it is 2.50 from the header back and you can't see the turn down from behind the car and it keeps the black soot off my bumper

besides keeping the black soot off of your bumper it actually decreases the sound of the exhaust by a few decibels if possible looksgood now paint it black or something

i think this is gonna be the new fad with exhausts. the older "fad" was to angle the muffler. now this new tip is in style!

hahah i think it looks nasty... but whatever floats ur boat. it beats a fake matrix or apc racing muffler that resembles an apex n1

Re: Pic of new Exhaust (mattcxb18)
I have a custom 5 zigen attached to 3" mandrel bent coming in tomorrow hopefully. Thinkn Im gonna cut that off though and go with this style plus add in a resonator. In the past few days ive realized how played out everything is. Im going for a super stock look now hopefully.
Why did I buy that CF hood?

If the muffler and/or piping is not stainless, I'd recommend that you paint them with high temp paint to help prevent rust.

Looks too rotary style for my area...
I mean basically every rx1, rx2, rx3, rx4, rx100, rx323, and rx7 series 1 -4 has a muffler like that in my region.
If thats your new fad, then I hate to have to tell you, but rotary people have way played that out over the last 15-20 years.
But yes, it does lower the noise level and prevent marking the rear bumper.
