Default Performance/mpg gains with just MSD Blaster COil + Dizzy Cap???

Ok, my friend wants to give me his setup for $15, its just the MSD Blaster Coil 2 and the Honda/Acura modified dizzy cap, however no 6A, SCI, nothing. I was wondering whether i should experience any benefits from this such as increased fuel economy, throttle response, and less drain on my battery?

I would be using it on a completely stock b18c1, which i know i don't really need to upgrade my ignition anyway however for $20 it seems pretty good. I'm just curious as to whether it is going to cause me more good than harm? (i have heard many complaints about reliability but thats usually with the 6A as part of it)

You might get an extra MPG, but you shouldn't really feel any difference unless your current ignition system isn't working properly.
