It depends how much you want to spend, but those are the more
expencive brands. You can put orders in to Japan?

From my experiences, with Bseries motors:

If you're looking for some more midrange power, go with a cold air intake (one that places the filter in the front bumper/fender area. If you're looking for more top end power, go with a short ram, or "filter on a stick" style.

Will give max. 250$ for intake.

My friend ordered some parts for Evo 6, Tomy M. edition (in Europe are to expensive, so it's better to buy direct from Japan), and he find some little space in package

I have an AEM Short Ram air Intake on my 1998 honda civic ex. It was the first permormance part that I bought and it made a big difference. I think i gained at least 5 or more hp. Now I have an Intake, header, and exhaust system and i'm up 20 or so hp. I would recomend AEM.

Although I've never had experience with it, I've heard that the HKS Hyper Suction system makes good midrange power, not sure how much they are.

Many people on HT are using the AEM system. I personally don't like the lack of throttle response, and I prefer a short ram with a tube or hose to bring cold air to the engine bay, but alot of people love the performance of the AEM system. Just search AEM in the TypeR forum archives, lots of threads there.
