Pedal adjustments?
I have a 2000 Civic EX coupe with a 5 speed stick and I was wondering if it was possible to adjust the pedals at all. I know the clutch pedal's stroke can be adjusted, but I'd rather not mess with it and get it wrong. I'm talking about the throttle and brake pedals. Is it possible to adjust them left and right or maybe forward and backward without chaining the distance of the pedal stroke?

Re: Pedal adjustments?
if thier is alil slop or play in the pedal when u press it u can tighten that up alil bit but u cant move the pedals side to side at all or do any other adjusting. i believe u can only adjust the stopper on the clutch pedal and maybe the brake but im not sure about that one.

No. And as far as the clutch pedal goes, you follow the procedure to adjust it, wherever it engages and disengages when you're done is where it's supposed to be, it can't be adjusted for personal preference (without clutch engagement or release issues anyway)

i had alil bit of slop in my clutch pedal when it was all the way out where it wasnt tight and i tighten the bolt up to get rid of the play. i guess thats the only pedal u can adjust then.

Re: Pedal adjustments?
It's not supposed to be tight. You're supposed to have some free-play at the at the top of the pedal, if you don't the release/throwout bearing turns all the time (hint, they aren't meant to do that)
