Default PCV removal reliable?

Im sick of the whole PCV system, anybody running a stock like setup, without the PCV system?

I was thinking about running the PCV to a catch can, and the Valve cover to a can as well, capping off the IM ports...

However I have a d16y8, is there anybody who has their PCV system removed and not had any damage so far? im only concerned about the oil breaking down due to the unburnt vapor contamination

is it normal for your car to run expremely sluggish with the PCV valve removed? my car has hardly any more power, and vibrates, ALOT!

I did it correctly too, caped off IM, routed Black box to vented catch can. Breather on Valve cover, blocked off intake breather hole.
