passwordjdm intake manifold gasket?
anyone on here ever use the passwordjdm gasket? is it worth buying? or should i just get a hondata one? i heard they're both the same .. but im not too sure ... ive tryed searching but got nothing..

I am pretty sure they are exactly the same material. Honestly, the Hondata one is a bit pricey at $60 a piece. The an-r one is by far the best buy.

Problem is they are all out of the B18C1 style gaskets. Don't know which one you are needing.

The AN-R ones are $35 shipped. You might want to look into that before wasting time on ebay. Not to mention they usually rape you on shipping.

i have the hondata gasket in there now and there is a noticable difference ... if you are looking into that one and its relatively the same as hondata then go for it lol i wish i could have saved some money on mine.... good luck

ok another question.... i heard since.. the hondata one is thicker.... u need longer studs for it to bolt on the manifold? oh btw this is for a gsr head... i dunno if the password is the same.. but is it true that i gotta retap onger studs to bolt on a skunk2 mainfold using a hondata/passwordjdm gasket?.. thx

I've installed a few of these and never needed to change any of the bolts. So I would say no.

Thats fine and all except they won't insulate the intake manifold from heat transfer. Kinda defeats the purpose of this whole post.
