passing emissions help with B18B all motor
I recently bought my car and installed a fresh B18B from hmotorsonline.com with p28 ecu (not bolting on turbo until after I pass emissions) I need tips to make sure I pass, what kind of exhaust should I have welded on? (needs new piping from axelback and muffler) I can get a GSR/type-r muffler pretty easily or I can bolt on a aftermarket exhaust I have laying around. Should this pass emissions from what I'm told they don't even pop the hood...

you should use that LS ecu instead. the P28 will throw a engine code. I would make everything engine wise as close to oem as possible to pass then go and do all your other stuff

i was about to say the same thing. if they don't even pop the hood then as long as you have a functioning cat and no cel's you'll pass. I passed out here in colorado with my b series swap, even though it was and obd1 swap in an obd2 car. I love not being in socal for that reason
