Icon2 Passenger turn signals blink fast, but both blink?

Not sure why it does this. Driver side blinks normal speed. Passenger side.. My first thought was "Bulb out, it does that." But then I saw both blink.. only fast..

I hope the car does not have some kind of terminal wiring issue, after being stolen. True, my issues are on the minor side, but. Any ideas as to what it could be?

You have (choose one or more):
the wrong bulb(s) or the bulb is installed incorrectly.

Nice.

Sounds like a pair of matching bulbs will solve the issue.

I will report back the outcome...

Check the bulb sockets for corrosion.

Chances are you have a ground issue. Pull one of the bulbs, take a foot of wire or so, strip the ends back 3/4" or so. Reinstall the bulb so one end of the wire is jammed between the side of the bulb and the socket (do not let the bare end of the wire end up under the contacts on the bottom of the bulb as it will short) turn the signal light on, touch the other end of the wire to a good clean grounded piece of metal. Does the light flash normally? If so you have a bad ground somewhere.
