passenger side window wont roll up/down with master switch

passenger side window wont roll up/down with master switch
alright so this is a problem ive been putting off for awhile now. things i have replaced/ tried to already fix it. replaced window regulator. swap out swithches. check continuity. tested good no broken wires. the car is a 00 si. the window will roll down with the passenger side switch but will not roll up. any ideas?
