Default Passed California Smog with 440cc injectors, uberdata and Carsound Cat

This is just an FYI. With the new strict emissions for californias, we have to deal with more headaches. I had to get my car on the "dyno" type smog here in northern california. Formerly, only southern california and sacromento had to do them. Now the certain parts of the bay area has to (and all parts will soon).

I'm running 440cc injectors, uberdata, afc was zero-ed out and a 2.5inch carsound cat. All this on a b18b-t

This post is just to show that our hondas can still pass the emissions. Just find a place that doesn't trip off visual as much.

My readings were either average or better than average for all except Hydrocarbons at 15mph.

Wow, nicely done. Was your Uberdata chip still on the turbo fuel map or did you chip on a different map specifically for smog?

uberdata was still on the turbo map. the important thing to note is that on the rollers cruising at either 15mph or 30mph, you aren't boosting but still basicaly running n/a.

And yes i have a turbo, but it's just to state that you can pass the actual sniffer with this, not visual.

Nowadays, it's VERY hard to bribe someone to let the sniffer go by, but they can overlook visual easily.

The point of the rollers is to test for NO emissions and the functionality of the EGR and a smaller part, the CAT. A lot of hondas don't have the EGR so this won't be such a problem. I think with such the advanced timing our motors have 16btdc, we don't have to worry about it as much.

are they trying to make it illegal to drive in CA these days??

I keep hearing of so many tests, and so many fines. I'd have to move.
