You can't usually just go to Honda and buy lip hardware. I've found that it's included with the lip and that's the way you have to buy it.
If you find them at all, they'd be in the exterior accessories listing.

You'd be able to order it form Honda. All those online places are Honda dealerships anyway (for the most part). It's not like they have different inventory. The prices might be a little different though.
