Part # for Momo Hub adapter for 92 hatch?

Anybody know the part number, it is too late to call a shop and I want to bid on one on ebay but need to make sure it is for my car. It says "honda" no years or anything. but does have the part #.
Anyone?

is this to fit a JDM itr wheel in a 92-95 hatch? ? i got the wheel and on the back of the wheel its got 4 holes/4bolt? i got a grant that was a 5 bolt and the shop i go to has 6 bolt momo hubs for sale..... ?i need one asap.
