Hparts does not have a picture of what Im actually buying.. What I need is the part that the lights bolt to as well as the large metal support behind the front bumper..

Would #3 be both parts, or just the upper part on majestic?

actually your would need 2 and 6...those are your headlight baffles or bulkhead!!
as for the large metal object it could either be 4 in that picture or your looking for a frt beam!!
part# for the beam is a 71130-sr2-a03zz

If you look at the pic above.. #9.. its the "bulkhead" it is listed for $217.55.. Would that be the same as this:
