Parking Brake Adjustment
Simple question. I've been looking at the brake diagram for my 93 EG and can't figure out how to adjust my parking brake. I have to pull the handle pretty far up to get it engaged. How do I take up the slack on the brake?

Sorry, forgot about that. They're discs.
Is it as simple as twisting some sort of wire stoppper?
I've tried searching, but I never have luck with results on this forum.

Re: Parking Brake Adjustment (dgmorr)
or on my EK I put disk brake my self and I adjusted them but with no luck they still would not hold the car on down hills. so What I did was I drilled new holes to get rid of some of the slake on the hand brake line I could post up picks so you no what im talking bout.

Remove the ash tray from the the center console(the one for the back seats). If you look in the hole you will see a nut (12mm) tighten that nut. You have probably stretched the cable. do not over tighten this, after every 5 rotations pull the brake to check for tension. It click 5-8 times before it tops out. You will need a deep 12mm and a extension. Let me know if you need pics
