Are you serious? If you are, paint those things yourself. THey're worth nothing anyways and you don't want to spend money to get those professionally painted. You could replace them for that price man.

make sure you buy the right paint to paint them. i used a heat paint, also used for my header cover. take off your steelies and tape off your rubber. then spray in very light coats, let each coat dry completly, untill all non black parts are black

I recently purchased some steelies from a local salvage yard so that I could run winter tires on them. They had very light surface rust, and the metal was bare in places, so I painted them. I basicly used some cheap-o semigloss balck krylon, make sure the wheels are very clean, and dry first (I used engine cleaner, as well as regular soaps). Just spray them like anything else, several light coats with ample drying time in between coats. So far the paint has held up for me.
good luck

Default 2camsaam

be sure you sand em slightly to get rid of any rust and to rough up the stock paint... then just be sure you tape off the tires w/ some newspaper and spray away... dont need any high temp paint
