Painting my vavle cover today
i searched and didnt find anything
i just got my car painted a few weeks ago, i have some left over paint if i were too paint it how should i prep it so the paint does get hot and peel off??

I sand blasted $10
I didnt primer, cause it was already nice and clean and rough.
Then just sprayed 3-4 coats.
It last since Jan 2004, i even overheated and the paint is still 100% in touch.
