I am getting the stuff together to paint my car Pheonix Yellow. But i don't know how much paint i need for a del sol full color change except for engine bay (that will come with my engine swap this winter). I was planing on 1 gal. sealer primer, 1 gal. Pheonix Yellow base coat, and 1 gal. clear do i need any more or any less off anything?

The quantities you mentioned are all good~!

I painted a 4 door DA last august and 1 gallon of phoenix yellow was enough to cover the whole exterior, under the trunk, under the hood, color matched cp10's, sideskirts, door jambs, 3-piece wing, and misc. interior pieces. One problem I had tho: I ran out of reducer because I used some for cleaning the gun. Buy about a quart more.

I tried to veer my friend away from all this riced out gayness with his car, but money talks. He paid me good to shutup about the whole JDM phenomenon.

You wont need a gallon of paint but its not much more Ive painted 2 civic coupes complete changes everything but the interior my blue only needed 2 and a half quarts and the yellow was 3 didnt cover near as good as the blue wasnt PY though so that might be better. Also you wont need a gallon of sealer and prob not a gallon of primer either 2 quarts of sealer shoudl be more than enough and the same with primer as you dont need to prime the whole car unless its in bad shape.
