Painting header?
my header is pretty old and grose looking/dirty... its a DC 4-2-1, i want to paint it... i tried using regular high-temp paint from walmart but it just turned to powder after one day... is there a higher-tolerance hightemp paint available or should i just wrap it up with heatwrap?

I believe that's what my brother used on his DC JDM 4-1 (it may have been something similar though). Even after following the directions thoroughly, and curing the paint, it flaked off in a matter of days.

Jet Hot is a thermal barrier that is applied to the inside and outside of your header or intake or whatever you send them. Not only does it look incredible and last forever, but it doesn't crack under impact, increases airflow, reduces underhood temperatures and increases the life of your header.
It's expensive, but it's worth it.
