Paint stripper ( not a question )
A while back I posted up a paint stripper that worked better then the aircraft paint stripper, as soon as this stuff comes out of the can it starts to sizzle and bubble. Its so strong that if you inhale a little, you will start to cough and gag. Yes its strong, now when I used the aircraft paint stripper it was not strong enough, so I found this. This company also sold an aircraft paint removal but it was 7 bucks , opposed to this stuff being 5 bucks.
I am posthing this in 2 forums, because I can't remember what forum I talked about this in.

If you wanted to sure
But why ? If your gonna repaint your car, you should really never ever strip it down to the bare metal.

Re: (90blackcrx)
well my car has three different colors(pieces off different cars) so I was just going to take off the clear coat and spray paint it flat black till I have money to get a professional paint job, but if I can use this stuff and take the paint all of and use the spray paint as a primer for a while I think I would be better off and maybe save some money when I get the car repainted (they wont have to sand as much)

If you use this on your car, your gonna have to etch the surface and then use sealer. You can't just use primer.

Re: (lemon_juice)
Nothing wrong with that in fact i think its the hawaiian way i've seen so many of my friends cars and other peoples cars primered and they respray the primer when it gets old and dull or needs a new coat.

Re: Paint stripper (BS 22)
I saw this over the weekend at Advanced Auto Part in a gallon jar.
How do you dispose this stuff? It's probably environment super unfriendly.

Re: Paint stripper (WickidClown)
No, but bully dog makes one for plastics. But honestly, just sand the paint down and repaint it. Don't worry about getting it all off.

I want to say someone did a write up on this and I saw the link to it in the sticky at the top of the forum. I remember because I was going to do it to some parts on my car from the previous owner but the car was stolen 6 weeks after buying it and never had the chance to strip the paint from the plastics. Try looking through the helpful links thread, I want to say it's in there.
