Paint on spark plug wires

Paint on spark plug wires
Can this do any harm to the spark plug wires....today after I got my Bosh spark plug wires...I was spray painting them and I got little bit of paint of both ends.....would this cause any problem??

if by the tips you mean the terminals inside the boots then yes I don't think spray paint is such a good conductor. if your worried about it damaging the rubber parts forget about it

well I didn't sprayed inside the part that goes to the spark plug......but I did caught some paint by the metal part that goes to the distributor...
