Default Paint Rear LCA?

what should I use to paint the aftermarket rear LCA, that will stick?

it doesnt really matter as much for the paint but more so the prep.
good sanding, adhesive promoter, primer, paint, clear (?)

if you want it to stick use some two stage real paint with primer underneath

how do I remove the old color from the LCA? sand it off? or just paint over it

Sand blast then power coart would be the best way.

But, more realistically, using some 200-300 grit sandpaper will take it right off. Then primer, sand and paint after making sure you clean it off with wax and grease or water N soap mixture.
