To paint or not to paint the bay
Silver EJ8. When the project goes further on should I stick with silver all nice and cleaned up? Or paint the engine bay a different color? I couldnt find much on silver cars with different colored bays to see what looks good. What do you think? Valve cover is red and I rather not take perfect OEM paint off the Type R valve cover to change it up

I actually have the same car... And was wondering the samething...
Im pretty much gonna end up just cleaning up the engine bay and just getting it resprayed stock silver... I cant think of any color that would look good against the silver... And there aint too many people that have examples...

If it were me, I would probably keep it silver. White bays are my favorite, but matching the car is nice and white and silver would clash.
