p72 on a b16
well i was wondering using a obd 1 p72 on a b16 obd2b wuld e ok plug it in doesnt throw any codes is there any problem that it would cause

You can run that ecu, but vtec will kick in earlier than it should, and the fuel maps are different. It will not run as well as a p30, but it will run ok. Also, I don't know how you wouldn't throw codes. When the shop I got my swap from gave me a p72, I was throwing like 4 codes. Once I switched to a p30, all of them were gone.
