Default p2p ecu

i just got a p2p ecu but i need a p28 for a d16z6 and the p2p is obd2 right?? and the d16z6 is obd1??? can someone answer these questions???

Yes, the P2P is for the OBD-II version, the D16Y8 while the P28 is for the OBD-I version, the D16Z6.

EDIT:
With a conversion harness you can run the P2P on the car...but it won't run 100% optimal - but it'll be pretty damn close.

You'll get a CEL for both the EVAP valve and Second 02 sensor.
Yes, it will run the motor, but for your best option, try and get a p28

well yea i was gonna get the p28 but some dumb **** kid told me it was a p28 but come to figure it is a p2p and i didnt say **** so i can sell or trade for p28 lol!! got it for free....
