Default p28/y8 head combo. i know they'll work but how well

i found a y8 head with 85k miles mated to a stock auto civic ex! i am going to grab it most likely and want it for my civic. my civic is a 94, yes obd1 and i know the p28 is designed for a z6 head usually. are the y8 and z6 head close enough as in will the p28 work fine with this head with no rich/lean problems and etc.? also, what dizzy should i use? my civic is a dx. and also. manifolds... can i use my head studs from my dx head onto my y8 so they are long enough? one last question.. this civic has front end damage and is gonna suck to remove parts from. whats the best way to remove the head without taking the intake manifold off? and will the ex header benefit me? thanks guys i know thats a lot of questions.
