Default p28 question

Ok, I am working on my new setup and I've decided to go with Hondata. I've been told to use the p28 because it's a plug and play setup (no knock sensor wire needed). I'm running an OBDI b18c1, but I'm changing the intake manifold, so the p72 is no longer needed.

What do I have to do to the p28 to make it run my car correctly? (other than having it Hondata socketed)
