p28 JDM ECU vs. USDM ECU

Default p28 JDM ECU vs. USDM ECU

Do u guys know of a difference between a jdm p28 g01 ecu vs. a usdm p28?

i was having a guy write a turbo chip for me, and i kept having problems with it, and he says that i have a jdm p28 and it doesnt have a barometic sensor? let me know what u guys know and think. is it true i need a USDM p28 inorder for the chip to work??

True JDM ECUs possess no Atmospheric Pressure sensor... that can easily be disabled in the rom if the guy is a competent programmer ... depending on your elevation I'd recommend the USDM ECU though.... the ECU compensates for higher elevations with the Atmospheric Pressure Sensor installed.....
