P28 ECU Used for JDM D15B VTEC
Can i use a P28 for a JDM D15B Vtec or do i need the P08, my car is running to rich right now cause i am using a P06 and it wont pass emissions.

a lot of people say the stock p28 without the p08 fuel maps will run it just fine.... but then some say you need to chip it and then some say just buy the P08 a P08 is hard to come by and P28 are dime a dozen.

I've been running a stock P28 on my D15B Vtec for about 3 years now with no issues. Doesn't seem to run rich at all, when I had a DX tranny I used to get 48 - 51MPG (using imperial gallons, if you use US it will be lower, around 40MPG IIRC)
