Default P28 ECU question

Ok, so I put a complete D16y8 motor in my 89 Si hatch.

Utilized the Y8 intake manifold

-Ran my a6 wireing harness
-Ran my a6 injectors w/ resistor box
-Ran my a6 o2 sensor
-Using 1 wire V-tec
-Using OBD0=OBD1 conversion kick plate harness

Im currently running a OBD1 P07 ECU that is chipped to run V-tec and a one wire o2.

Now my question is this......

If I use a P28 ECU INSTEAD of the chipped P07 will the STOCK p28 run the a6 injectors, and run alright off of the 1 wire o2??

Please, Please, help
