P28 ecu
yo i just fried mine or somthing trying to install my vafc, and i cant get my car going until i have a new ecu... anyone know someone with one for sale or have one they are selling hit me up ASAP. sorry to post this here, i just wanted all the eg guys to see this incase they had this ecu.. O ya its a P28 out of a 94 civic ex.

im really not sure, its not gettin fuel to the engine, but i pluged my friends p28 in and it worked right when we started it up.. anyway i could salvage my ecu?!

possibly. depends on how bad. if its a couple resistors and such, then maybe a competent electric shop can do it. i think there are also a few members on this board that might take it too.

Katman is the wiring/ecu guru for JHPUSA(JDM Honda Parts). He might be able to help you out. Kenji is another, who could possible resolve your problem.
Secondly, if you didnt get a weird smell them you probably didnt blow the ecu. The only thing that puzzles me is that another P28 ran the motor correct? Im assuming that you disconnected the VAFC. If it hadn't ran on another ecu I would say it was possible that you blew a fuse.
Open the ECU and inspect for blackened areas and smells thats your tall tail sign of a fried ecu.

ok cool, i got thew ecu out and took the cover off an inspected it and looked for blackened areas and couldnt find anything, what fuses do u think i could of blown? and were should i check? thanx man.
