Default p28 ecu

i have a extra p28 ecu that is chipped with a blank chip, what should i do to the ecu so i can use it? or can i use it how it is?

What're your goals in using it? Find someone (like me) to burn a basemap or find a tuner to tune your car with it I spose.

power gains, so i could take it for someone to tune with it just being blank?

Yeah, tuner can easily make you a basemap. You might not be able to do much though on a pretty standard I/H/E setup.

could i drive on the ecu before having a basemap on it? or will my car not drive right

You have to have something on there or the car won't run.

Depending on what your engine is you can cut the j1 jumper and it'll drive like a stock p28.
