Default P1457 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected

my brother car is a 96 honda civic hatchback. it has a B16A2 bar'd into the car. it is OBD2 with a PP2 ECU. just recently threw an engine code P1457. i need your help to fix this engine code. any tips is appreciated. thank you.

take it to the dealer. they can run a evap test that can help narrow the down the suspects. i have seen lots of bad solenoids and canister. i have also seen a lot of people not have there gas cap tight or not on at all but that would cause P1456 (tank side). the two codes get mixed a lot. what car is the PP2 ecu from?
