Default P08 vs P28 on a d15bvtec?

I'm swapping in a d15b into my hatch on just curious on what ecu or bin to use. I heard that with the P28 you don't get the most out of the d15b but I can't find a bin file for the P08 program. I'm getting a P06 made into a P28 but need a bin for it. Does anyone know where I could get a P08 bin or maybe use a Spoon, Mugen, Skunk2, etc...bin for it? It's just gonna stay NA and just basic bolt ons and nothing too extreme. Any suggestion or has anyone tried a P28 and then went to the P08 and have any comments towards the two ecu's?
