P08 ECU HELP
Hey guys
I dropped a JDM D15b into my 94 and I have a different harness that doesnt have vtec wiring, and also hooks up to my MAP sensor in a different place. I need to just run some wires into the ECU for the VTEC and MAP but I dont know where or how. I also have a 4 wire O2 sensor with a one wire harness, so what do I need to do there??? Also I have trouble getting the car to actually run. I try to start and it sort of sputters but doesnt really start. Fuel Pump maybe??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Re: P08 ECU HELP (lsfrankintegra)
what car is this in? it might already be wired for vtec and you can just run 2 wires from the shock tower.
don't worry about the 4 wire/1 wire on the o2. i have the same engine you have my 94 del sol S non-vtec and i don't remember messing with my o2. unless i completely forgot.
i don't get the MAP question. ... elaborate.

Re: P08 ECU HELP (lsfrankintegra)
Hey
this is in a 94 Civic LX. I had to get a whole different engine harness that wasnt vtec. The car I got the harness out of had a MAP sensor on the firewall that tied into the vehicle harness. My MAP sits on top of the throttle body like newer ones and ties into the engine harness. If I can find out where it ties into the ecu i can just wire it in. thanks
