its gonna run a little bit rich and will actually give you a slight bump in power. the B8 is geared more towards economy then the B7 if I remember correctly. teh B8's an 8 valve isnt it?

yeah the b8 is a 8 valve and the b7 is a 16 valve...the car does run but it is really hard in the lower rpm...deff feels like i got some hp gain...do you think it would run alot better if i got the 16 valve head put on it...also is it gunna hurt my motor if i keep running it like this for a little longer

if you put the 16 valve head on it you will gain prolly 10whp, the 16v head flows betyter and has double the valves, and theoretically double the air has teh chance of going in. get the 16v head and intake manifold, and you will be like a normal d15b7

po5 is a single wire o2 isnt it?
the p06 is a 4 wire. you may have an issue with a cel for an 02 heater also.

i have used a p06 to run a b16 it can be done.

OP take a look here. this thread is about going d15b8 to a d15b7. I guess it requires more then just a head and intake manifold. if you change teh head alone, you would be fine, but the B7 intake manifold and throttlebody will give you best performance in relation to a true B7, but it requires a bit more effort. I do have some extra parts, I will read this thoroughly as well. My extra B7 thats going in doesnt have a lot of parts, so i might not be able to help much

by putting the 16v head on there, you will be running the setup the ecu was designed for

the intake manifold you have will work fine, its just a bit limiting.

one of the differences between the p05 and 06 is the single or 4 wire o2 thats all i was saying.
