Default p06 ecu code 0???

Okay, I've ran into a slight problem with my car and I'm hoping that someone here can help me out. Here's my problem with my 95 Civic CX:

Last Thursday I parked my car after going on a few errands, went inside and went to sleep. When I woke up on Friday, I went to my car to leave and all it did was try to start, not actually fully start up. So in a slight panic, I went and bought plugs, wires, new cap, rotor button, fuel filter, and did a tune up on it thinking that the wires that were on it were faulty cause the car had sat up for a few months. Still nothing. So as advice from a friend, I cleaned all my ground wires, cleared the code 14 and 41 by replacing the IACV and the O2 sensor with ones I either already had or from the junk yard. My dad tested all the components inside the dizzy and they were all receiving power, just nothing was leaving the dizzy. We jumped the connector by the ECU and all that happens is that the SRS light continues to flash and the CEL just stays on. Is this a sign of a code 0 meaning my ECU was fried? Mind you also, the fuse for the ECU was blown and was replaced. Please toss any ideas out and I'll tell you if we have tried it or not.

If talking on the phone is better, feel free to PM me asking for my number. I have no problem giving it out when it deals with fixing my car.

Is the ACG fuse under the dash blown? Does the fuel pump prime?

Try a known good ECU if you can.

check the plug you jumped to get the codes again your srs light should only flash if you jumped the srs plug. also double check your fuses and the ground on the engine under the thermostat housing. had a similar issue with my car last night

the ground on the thermostat I had to put individual wire connectors on because the folks before me put double female open end connectors on two of them and were barely connected. everything in the distributer is getting power says my dad. and trying two different ECU's tomorrow hopefully. I'll recheck all the fuses again along with the internals of the distributer.

Change your main relay. You can pull your fuel pump relay out then take out 1 spark plug and leave it in the wire and hold it grounded to the valve cover while someone cranks the car. See if the spark is weak(orange). I'm betting your relay is shot or your ecu is.
