YES, can can be chipped, but who ever is doing the chipping needs to know what they are doing in order to convert it to 4 wire O2, u can add vtec, and secondary TB's (like gsr/h22) but the person chipping just has to know thier chet....

Re: (Nerologic)
Basically I was thinking of going with uberdata for the ECU. I am good with electronics and have chipped/programed misc. stuff over the past couple of years. I am just looking to find out if its even worth it. Thanks for the info. any additional info for urberdata would be greatly appriciated too

defitnaly can be done. P05 can be converted to :
-sohc and dohc vtec specs with IAB
-sohc and dohc non-vtec specs as well
btw. I do conversions for these as well as sell DIY kits

What about the difference in wiring for 0² sensor, 4-wire vs. Stock P05's 1-wire?

You add a transistor to the PCB to enable the o2 heater circuit. It's not a wiring issue.

sorry about the bringing back to life but does anyone have a pic of where this transistor is located? or whatever?

Odd. What is the three digit code on the MCU (biggest chip in the ECU)?
