P0420

I pulled this code today. Catalyst Operating Under Threshold (bank 1).
Its a stock d16y7 in a 97 coupe.
Whats the proper way to fix this? I hate seeing the check engine light.

replace your catalytic converter, unfortuneately for you the d16y7 has a manifold mounted converter, so the whole manifold needs replaced.
