Icon2 1999 civic map sensor issue. Please respond

Ok so I have a problem that no one can solve so far.
I am running hondata s300 with a chase bay harness. My map sensor is reading -11 psi while at idle and -29 with key on. It is like it is stuck. Replaced it and double checked it was working on other car. Can anyone help or have any ideal what could cause this problem. Thanks

chase bay harness, that's just like a Rywire one right ?. do you have the little o-ring in place in-between the MAP and TB ?

If its a stock map sensor do the usual testing, go download the helms manual and check the sensor to see if its functioning.
