P0135 ECU code question???

Default P0135 ECU code question???
Okay I recently got my car CEL resetted by my friends OBDII scanner but it went on the next friggin day. The code it gave me was P0135, which is Primary heated oxygen sensor HO2s sensor-Heater circuit malfunction.

Does anyone know which O2 sensor I should replace? before or after the catalyic converter...I would think that since my car recently passed smog it would be after? right???

What car is it?? ON my car 00 civic its the o2 on the header. So its the one before the cat.
