I just did a 10 second search for "1997 Honda Civic owners manual" on Ebay and came up with 3 results:

1. This one specifically says 1997 Honda Civic Sedan owners manual:

5. Or you can just go to the dealer and order one there. I know you can get them there, but they will obviously be more expensive.
