Try these guys out, they seem reasonable. You'll need to get the factory part # in-order to get a price though. http://www.hparts.com/part.html

Call the dealer and get the part #, I know the Si lip spoiler and the rear underbody spoiler will fit a 99 Sedan, but I dont know about a 98.

Search on Google.com, they're all over the Internet for like $150 if you want Tsunami. I just went to HParts and asked for a front under bumper lip spoiler for my 96 and they gave me the quote for $79.

Try Ebay, there is this one company that is always sells the full tsunami kit or seperate pieces pretty cheap for the 96-00 civic.
