overheating problem in my civic... PLEASE HELP=\
i have a 98 civic dx that overheats. I already replaced the radiator, the therm, and the radiator cap. My radiator fan isnt turning on... ever.
when i push the temp lever to "red," i only get cold air..
please help... this is my commuting car for work and is really irritating me.

Well, you answered your own question as to why your car is overheating. Now, either find out why your fan isnt turning on (ie get a new fan or fan switch) or just run a switch to your car to turn your fan on manually.

use temp gun to run over hoses to look for signs of clog. sounds like a clog somewhere near heater. did you try a flush

i know that i took the car in for a pressure test a couple weeks ago and it was fine. also the radiator has been replaced. dont know about the flush though.. i dont think that was done
