Have you checked your coolant level?
Checked the Thermostat?
Ran a check on the relay?

Could be a bad motor, fan relay, thermostat, fan switch, radiator cap, etc. Change the small things first like thermostat and go from there.

Compression test is the other easy check. If coolant is leaking into the header, it would force more coolant to your overflow tank and then run low after long drives.
