Overheating nightmare!

Overheating nightmare!
i have a 95 civic si hatch, and for the past couple months it's been overheating intermitently, and somedays it's fine, other days its not. motor has 250k miles on it. ive replace the t-stat, brand new radiator, and it still overheats randomly at different times. i wanted to get some feedback. a couple guys said my headgasket might be bad. any input or expertise will be appreciated.
