overheating & knocking
well yesterday while i was driving up to my house on I-84, i noticed my cars temp going up. so i pull over to see if my radiator hose came off, checked my fluid level, everything was fine, so after a while i started driving again. until i hear my V-tec crack with a very loud knocking sound. if anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate it thanks.

If its overheating and you still drove it, into VTEC no less, you almost definitely fragged your engine.
