How have you "ruled out" the thermostat and heater core?
There is a clog somewhere... if it's not the thermo or the heater core it's most likely the radiator or the pump...
Check ALL the coolant carrying lines to be sure they're hot too... if they ALL are... then I would guess it's just the radiator not doing it's job... but that doesn't explain the no heat thing... there HAS to be a clog before the heater core. which means the outlet hose from the heater core should be cold.

Re: (JDMlifestyle)
If you are overheating and have no heat, then either you have a heating problem(vent door is stuck, plugged heater core, etc) or you are not actually overheating.
If the car is actually reaching operating temperature or more and you do not have heat check to make sure the doors in the heating unit move like they should. You can also pull the heater core hoses off and try to blow the heater core out with a garden hose. And like others said, check for kinks in the lines.
As for the overheating, Have you temperature probed this car or used a manual guage to double check that it is overheating? Does is only overheat after long periods of time while driving, only while stopped, or soon after the car is started? Did you boil the t-stat to make sure it was opening at the proper temp? A little more information in this case would be useful. Try the above mentioned though and let us know what happens.
