Change the thermostat to a colder one. Possibly you have a thermostat meant to run hot. go to a 180 degree or 160 if your in super warm climate.

Is your timing retarded? I believe if its too retarded you will run hot.

You replaced the radiator before and are still having problems, correct?

175-204F is generally what I see on my EJ8 in so. Cal.

Cooling and condenser fan both operating?

Check your A/C condenser as well. if it's clogged with dirt or debris or has damaged fins, your compressor may work harder to compensate, potentially causing an overheat.

If you're at a stop and the temp needle is going up try putting it in neutral and revving to 3k or 4k rpm. If the needle goes down it could mean you need a new water pump.
