Overheating, HELP!!!

Overheating, HELP!!!
So a while back my car started over heating, It wouldn't heat up immediately, it took 15-20 minutes of driving before the needle started to climb. It's a turbo'd b18c block, sleeved and built in a 1994 civic del sol si.
I bled the coolant system. no change.
I replaced the thermostat, no change.
I took the thermostat out, no change.
I bought a bigger radiator than the stock one, no change.
I flushed the coolant system, water flows freely through it, replaced the coolant, no change.
I checked the timing, it was fine.
I replaced the head gasket, still overheats.
Doesn't look like it's running lean.
It isn't loosing any coolant.
I've run out of ideas here, if you've got any please contribute.

What good will a new water pump do? i was of the impression when a water pump wears out it doesnt stop pumping it just starts leaking. There is no coolant leakage.

Doesn't happen often with hondas, but if a bearing or something fails with a water pump that would definitely cause overheating. Had it happen with a DSM I used to have. How many miles on the water pump?

Re: Overheating, HELP!!!
what kinda fan are you running? if you got a slim fan that could be the problem as well, just a thought because wen my friend got his car tuned at T1 his car started overheating due to the slim fan, they told him that the oem fan was best for cooling. i know that the car is gonna heat up more since you're revving so high so many times but just a thought if you do have the slim fan
